Personalization: Other group training concepts tend to squeeze in 30+ clients per class, which can lead to an overwhelming environment that lacks personalization and support. StarFit® is the opposite! We believe in treating each client as an individual with their own needs, goals and limitations. Our group training sessions cap at just 8 total clients and you are always working directly with a Certified Personal Trainer.

Results:  Our programs are built around real strength training, which is a vital component for ANY goal and is what we’ve found most women lack in their fitness routine. We focus on fundamental, functional movements and exercises that have worked for hundreds of years in fitness. We stay away from gimmicks, fads or a one-size-fits-all cookie cutter class formats, which inevitably leads to boredom and plateaus.
